Bad Time :( Electricity Shut Down

So sad when facing with electricity shut down during work although I'm using UPH to avoid this problem. Unfortunately, the battery can't keep the power anymore once electricity shut down then my computer turn-off immediately. I bought the UPH almost 2 years, the battery lifetime is around one and half year, so I need to change the battery but still have no time to buy and change it.

I would be thinking why I need to change the batter and why it's lifetime. Should it be used like capacitor instead. I don't want long time power, just less then 5 mins. BTW, how much does it cost the capacitor and what is the specification of the capacity can perform as I expected. So, I may too expensive, right?, I don't know but this's NO lifetime.
