Strang Email From Paypal - I have transferred my money to someone

God this mail yesterday from a Gmail account. Actually, I have some Gmail account difference purpose and this one is for social only, not for any money and didn't register paypal account.

I have got email that this paypal account was transferred $200 USD to someone paypal account. I have never owned this account and I tried to do like "Forget Password", Paypal system said there is no register from this email.

Very confusion how come and who do this... That's not good thing I guess!
